RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return or exchange them under the terms and conditions set out below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
- You can return your products within 14 days from the date you received them.
 - After this period has passed, unfortunately we cannot make a refund or exchange.
 
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
Products to be returned:
- It must be in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition,
 -  Sending it with the invoice,
is required. 
Returns of products that have been used, opened, whose packaging has been damaged, or that cannot be resold due to hygienic reasons are not accepted.
3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened cosmetic products,
 - Personal care products,
 - Promotional or gift items.
 
4. RETURN PROCESS
- For your return request, you can contact us at quadshampoo@gmail.com or our customer service number.
 - After your return request is approved, you must send the product to us along with its invoice.
 - Once the product has been received and checked by us, and your return is approved, payment will be made via the payment method you used within 7–14 business days .
 
5. CHANGE POLICY
You can request an exchange for products that meet the return conditions. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
6. SHIPPING FEES
- For returns due to product issues (defective, wrong product, etc.), the shipping costs will be covered by us.
 - For returns made due to customer satisfaction, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
