As QUAD KOZMETİK SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ , you can find all the steps below to make your shopping process easier.
1. ORDERING
- Add products to your cart.
- Fill out the required information on the payment page.
- Complete payment via credit card, debit card or other available methods.
- When your order is confirmed , an Order Confirmation Message will be sent to you via e-mail.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days .
- Delivery time may take 2-5 business days depending on your city.
- Your cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS.
3. RETURN PROCESS
- Return period: 14 days from the date of delivery .
- Return conditions: The product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and sent with the invoice.

- Once the return shipment reaches us, the product is inspected and approved, and your refund will be made via the method you used for payment within 7–14 business days .
4. EXCHANGE PROCESS
- You can request an exchange for products that meet the return conditions.
- If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be made.
- Simply send us your change request via e-mail.
